Virat kholi  to Undergo Quarantine As He Is Set To Join Royal Challengers Bangalore Camp

Some of the members of the Royal Challengers Bangalore in team have already landed in Chennai to start their preparations for the upcoming Indian Premier League’s 14th season which will set to start on the 9th of April and Virat Kohli is said to be joining the squad on April 1, two days before the team starts their training camp on Chennai.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore team will begin their preparation for Indian Premier League 2021 on March 20. Mohammed Siraj and Yuzvendra Chahal will be in Chennai from Pune on the afternoon of Friday to join the team.

After a long series of games against England before the 14th edition of IPL, Virat Kohli decided to take a break. The team skipper would need to undergo the mandatory week-long quarantine, required by the IPL as part of the guidelines for the bio-secure environment. In the end of January for the series, up against England, Virat Kohli has been part of Bio-secure bubbles. For the tour of Australia and IPL 2020 Kohli also spent five months in Bio-bubble. Kohli is also said to spend almost two months in another bio-bubble for the upcoming Indian Premier League and for the departure to England for the World test Championship finals he needs to enter again to another bio-bubble.

Virat Kohli said that the schedule is needed to be analyzed properly in the future because playing under the bio-bubble secure for a long time is very very hard and challenging specially the mental health of everyone, you really can’t expect them to be in the same level of strength. A different tournament will bring new responsibilities ahead to the Indian Premier league and added that he is sure that things will be discussed and things will change in the future as well.
